The beginning.
This blog is about Head’n No Where, a 52’ Jefferson Marquessa and the adventures we have as we journey thru life with it. The name came from my middle daughter’s best friend, Adrienne Forrer. I’m not sure of her intent but the name always brings a comment as we pass under bridges on our way up and down the intercoastal waterways. I and the Admiral, Judy, will try to pass along our experiences on travel, maintenance and repairs that have been done and are being done. As everyone that has ever own a boat knows you actually purchase a big hole in the water where you toss your money. It’s something like a wishing well except you don’t throw coins. In between throwing your wallet overboard you occasionally have some fun. This is the part that makes it all worthwhile for me. During our travels we will have guest onboard as often as possible. Part of the enjoyment of boating is the sharing we have with our friends and family. The first post will give a history of how we began our boating experiences back in the early 80's. One last note is a disclaimer as to the accurately and functionality of any fix I may employ in my repairs. Where as maintenance and repairs may have worked for me there is no reason to believe it will work for you. Have a great day. Don
